Responsibilities
• Welcome and service customers, make appointments, and answer phones• Press garments and ensure items are ready for pickups• Provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers• Effectively communicate the importance of alterations• Promote alterations services and personalization options• Maintain store standards and high dress code standards• Greet and escort alterations customers• Inspect garments to verify pristine condition• Build long-term relationships with customers• Support inventory management and cash wrap behaviors• Maintain a clean and well-organized alterations room• Perform duties and tasks assigned by store management
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent degree• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store• Prior sewing experience is helpful• Prior experience with computerized POS system
