Aircraft Structure Assembler

Position Details: Title: A/C Structure Assembler for Surge Team A220
Pay Rate: 23.25/hr
Contract Length: Ongoing
Location: Onsite in Mobile, AL Job Description: Perform drilling of components, ensure structural continuity, fastening parts, apply surface protections (such as sealant, alodine, etc.). To fill in the system the operations performed and check the load of serials elements, as well as the components required for traceability as sealants and paints. Ensure that all operations above have been completed according to requirements of the drawings, quality and applicable standards. Apply the Environmental Management System in the work area and keep it in order to guarantee a safe work area. Qualification: Required: 2 years minimum experience in Aviation Production or equivalent. Previous hands-on experience with drilling tools, templates, drilling machines, fasteners, and torquing tools. High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Previous hands-on experience with drilling tools, templates, drilling machines, fasteners, and torquing tools. Preferred: 5+ years minimum confirmed experience in Aviation Production. Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages).
