Responsibilities
• Follow company policies and procedures• Process forms and document work• Notify supervisor of any un-airworthy conditions• Acquire and maintain hand tools• Clean, disassemble, and identify components• Understand blueprints, technical manuals, and planning documents• Apply conversion coatings and sealants• Work with higher-grade Mechanics to improve job knowledge• Clean work area when required• Accomplish basic repairs• Have a basic understanding of computer processes• Perform other various duties as assigned
Requirements
• Self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented• Familiar with internal customer interfaces• Good understanding of blueprints and technical manuals• Basic understanding of computer processes• Ability to follow directions and instructions• Detail-oriented and able to document work• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Hot Springs, AR• Previous experience in aircraft component repair and servicing is preferred• Must have necessary hand tools or be willing to acquire them• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
