Here at QuickSTAT, our Schiller Park, IL site is looking for a new Warehouse Specialist to join our Air Logistics team. Your Role As the warehouse agent you are responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading/unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach truck, order picker or other heavy material handling equipment, as well as, keeping inventory and up keeping refrigerated packaging. Your Responsibilities Review documentation, verify piece count, weight, and dimensions upon receipt and departure Prepare solutions (PCM, Liquid Nitrogen, Dry Ice) based on client needs. Temperature Loggers and GPS Trackers Inspect reusable temperature-controlled packaging solutions. Clean, restock, and update reusable packaging inventory. Clearly communicate any discrepancies. Support internal Operational teams during staff shortages. Maintain high hygiene standards within the facility. Report to branch manager Your Skills and Experiences This is a 24/7/365 facility and flexibility to work any shift (including weekends and holidays)
