Responsibilities
• Execute orders by confirming arrival times, coordinating with customs brokerage, inputting data, and dispatching deliveries• Build customer relationships by responding to customer communications• Work with transportation partners to handle shipments• Receive and track purchase orders for pending air shipments• Retrieve shipment details and handle documentation for cargo release• Answer customer inquiries and increase customer satisfaction• Communicate with air carriers and notify customer of arrival and charges• Setup and coordinate deliveries to the customer• Handle customer contact at file level regarding exceptions• Additional projects as directed
Requirements
• 1 years' experience in freight forwarding industry• Exceptional customer service skills• Detail oriented and strong follow-up skills• Proficient with Microsoft Office• Air freight industry experience preferred• Logis Air / Cargo Wise systems knowledge is a plus
