Responsibilities
• Collaborate with front-end developers and development team members• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services for AI applications• Maintain APIs for data ingestion, model training, and inference services• Troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement• Integrate machine learning models into backend services• Gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and provide project status updates• Record and report data• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code• Implement and maintain database schemas and data access layers
Requirements
• 8+ years of software development experience focused on AI and backend development• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Flask or Django• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL/SQL Server• Understanding of web development cycle and programming techniques/tools• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
