Agricultural Loan Officer
I have a client looking to add an Ag Expert to their team. This is a position that will require a fare amount of travel around the footprint in rural Missouri. Must have experience with a $20MM+ portfolio!
Agricultural Loan Officer Requirements:
* 10+ years of community banking experience.
* Strong experience working with Agribusiness
* Personal and professional experience in Agriculture is a must.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional negotiation skills.
* Bachelor's degree or corresponding education and related training.
* Must have experience with a $20MM portfolio or larger
Agricultural Loan Officer Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a loan portfolio
* Make sales calls to achieve sales goals
* Meet benchmarks in multiple facets including but not limited to profitability and credit quality
* Promote new business development
* Work well with support staff and executive management
