After Market Sales Engineer: La Porte, TX Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, etc.) and/or Business or combined education experience.
3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
Experience in oil and gas, Powergen, Refinery, and/or Petrochemical industries.
Previous engineering/technical experience with gas compressors or rotating equipment is desirable.
Highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as work with a team atmosphere.
Ability to work with customers at all levels, including Maintenance, Operators, Engineers, and Management. Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly, present solutions and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
US Travel Required: Between 50% and 75%
Int'l Travel Required; Less than 5%
Salary range $55,000 - $70,000 + Performance annual bonus.
