Aerospace Painter I

We are a leading aerospace company specializing in the design, manufacture, and finishing of high-quality aerospace components. We're looking for dedicated painters to join our team and help us continue delivering excellence in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Enhance product quality and improve processes
Maintain productivity and adhere to schedules
Suggest cost-saving measures
Learn and master spray techniques, paint mixing, equipment maintenance, screen printing, and laser operation
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months of painting or production experience
Good hand/eye coordination and ability to read routings
Working Conditions:
Safe environment with necessary protective gear provided (respirator, gloves, goggles)
Exposure to chemicals, fumes, noise, heat, cold, and dark rooms
Frequent lifting of 10 lbs. and standing for 50% of the day

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
