Skills Required: The technology footprint includes Web and Full Stack technologies such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java, REACT, Akamai, Azure, GCP and PCF cloud environments. Participate in 24X7 on-call production support rotations and handle incident response. Continuously monitor Availability, Reliability and Performance by taking a holistic view of our AEM Platform and applications. Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding. Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement. Developing and implementing automation tools, scripts, and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of our AEM operations. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AEM infrastructure, deployment, configuration, and integration. Collaborating with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality AEM solutions. Providing technical guidance and best practices for AEM development and operations.
