Job Overview:
As an Advisor, you will be instrumental in nurturing our client relationships and steering their success by leveraging your deep understanding of the healthcare industry's trends, challenges, and priorities. This role demands a proactive approach, partnering with clients to forge solutions that align with their patient experience (PX) strategies through the innovative use of analytics, best practices, and industry insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and enhance client improvement strategies and coordinate with support teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Gain an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by client stakeholders and how our solutions can support their strategic decisions.
Deliver proactive support and analytic insights to clients, demonstrating our unique value and aligning with industry thought leaders and company initiatives.
Collaborate across various departments including consulting, marketing, and data science to innovate and refine resources like analytics tools, blogs, and case studies tailored to client needs.
Ensure timely execution of solutions in alignment with overall client PX strategies in partnership with Application Support Specialists.
Facilitate regular client performance reviews and support the growth team in identifying and capitalizing on client opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in improving Patient Experience.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
A solid understanding of improvement methodologies, best practices, and data analytics.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for client support, including virtual and onsite meetings.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while juggling multiple client priorities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong background in healthcare patient experience improvement.
Special Working Conditions:
Flexible working hours between 8 AM ET and 5 PM ET, with adjustments based on business needs.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $110,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, discretionary bonuses, or commissions based on performance outcomes.
