Term of Position: 12 Months Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical or Computer Engineering Technology or Associate Degree in stated fields and three years of industrial work experience or Advanced Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate and five years of industrial work experience. Considerable experience working with associates at all levels of an organization. Ability to interact with business and industry professionals in the Northeast district to keep training material current with business needs. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide support for Certified Production Technician and Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician Certificate programs including training, coaching, leading projects, and supporting participants. Partnering with Career Technical Degree Programs for mutual benefit of both programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation for class schedules, training materials and student enrollment. Use training simulators (provided) and experience to develop manufacturing and maintenance skills including:  Blueprint Reading
