The Ortho Trauma Advanced Practice Provider NP or PA will:
Take first call to assist ortho trauma surgeonsRound on all inpatientsPrepare patients for timely dischargeAssist surgeons during surgical cases (rare occasions)Perform selective medical services under physician directionRequirements:
Graduation from accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programCurrent NP/PA licensure in state of practiceDEA license and BLS certificationExperience in emergency calls, inpatient rounding, consultations, discharge planning, post-op careCompetitive Compensation and Benefits:
