SUMMARY: The Advanced Nurse Practitioner is a licensed professional nurse that works under a Collaborative Agreement with a Physician, to provide direct, comprehensive, preventative and therapeutic healthcare to patients and families including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, counseling and instruction in compliance with Nurse Practitioner Protocols and all regulations governing APRN#s.# JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. MSN Required. Experience:# Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience.###Critical Care / ICU experience preferred. Licensure: Current Arkansas APRN license and DEA license in good standing. Certifications: BLS required, ACLS within the first six months of employment and PALS within the first year of employment. Other:# Basic computer skills required with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, EMR, Population Health portals and other database systems. Safety Sensitive Designation: This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.# Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without an accommodation.
