Brief Description: This is a permanent, full-time position with room to grow in the company. Our escalated Customer Service Associates work closely with our Inside Sales department. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in growth. You must be able to initiate and start tasks on your own and be able to manage yourself. Those who are able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities do best in this position. ***Sales skills and high level communication skills are required for this position*** Responsibilities: Ability to answer escalated customers questions/concerns, going above and beyond to educate them about the process Communicating with customers throughout duration of project Promoting the products and services we offer Acknowledging and responding to customers Responding promptly to customer's inquiries Working well in a team environment but also individually Keeping database up to date with all communication Self-motivated completion of tasks Communicating with other departments to collectively manage challenging accounts Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Candidate can work independently Can work and communicate effectively within a team Positive attitude Good work ethic Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour + quarterly bonuses (depending on performance). 
Shift: Monday-Friday
