The Northern California Behavioral Health System (NCBHS) is a dynamic and comprehensive mental health services delivery system that offers inpatient and outpatient services at various levels of care.
The System consists of two primary hospital campuses, one each in the Santa Rosa and Sacramento areas. Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (formerly Aurora Santa Rosa Hospital) was opened by Signature Healthcare Services in 2013, and is regarded as an integral part of the greater Santa Rosa and Northern California mental health system of care. Conveniently located in the North Bay, this hospital consists of 144 acute psychiatric inpatient beds and an outpatient treatment center.
We offer a full range of individualized mental health treatment services for adolescents, adults, and senior adults, including treatment for co-occurring substance abuse and chemical dependency issues with drugs and alcohol. Additional services include screening, About Us 2021 Northern California Behavioral Health System Page 5 of 10 orientation, assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, consultation, education, and individual and group counseling.
Some of the highlights include: - Monday-Friday (inpatient). Brand New Hospital and new Units!
- Scope of work will be working within our 12-15 bed unit. We have high and low acuity units in the hospital
- IOP Program in place. We have a great Social Team in place and our entire treatment team meets at least 2x a week.
- Shared Call for Weekend Coverage. Admissions are during the day, as we are a dedicated Behavioral Hospital.
- You will work alongside a team of providers and a full treatment team in place.
- Our current Medical Director is a Board Certified Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist.
Compensation/Benefits: - W-2 Employed Positions, 6 Weeks PTO , Full-Benefits through private insurance.
- Open to 1099 if desired.
