As an Admissions Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and their families, playing a critical role in guiding them through the initial stages of their journey towards recovery. This position is pivotal in building trust and rapport, while also gathering essential information to facilitate the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Serve as a warm and welcoming first contact for prospective clients and their families, capturing essential information and entering it into our CRM system.
Pre-Admission Screening: Conduct detailed screenings with potential clients to assess their needs and eligibility based on established criteria, escalating complex cases to supervisors as necessary.
Financial Assessment: Discuss and determine financial eligibility and options with clients and their families, ensuring clear communication regarding financial commitments.
Advocacy and Support: Act as a strong advocate for potential clients, navigating internal and external challenges to facilitate smooth admissions.
Documentation and Follow-Up: Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and decisions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training to enhance professional growth and ensure the highest standards of service.
Essential Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
A minimum of two years of undergraduate studies or five years of relevant experience is required.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and CRSS certification is a plus.
Experience in customer service and sales is essential.
Proficiency in computer data entry and CRM software is necessary.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent listening skills and the ability to apply critical thinking during client interactions.
Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy in documentation.
The ability to work independently and self-manage to meet objectives in a dynamic, metric-driven environment.

Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
