Responsibilities
• Insuring completion of necessary information from entry sheet and medication orders for data entry and account setup• Reviewing and routing documents through Docutrak system• Verifying payers and demographic information• Working with internal and external customers to resolve assigned accounts• Researching pharmacy accounts requiring special attention• Working on special projects as needed• Performing other assigned tasks
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• 1-year data entry experience required• 1-year billing and/or collections experience or 1-year healthcare industry experience desired• 10-Key by touch, data entry, MS Excel and Word, and basic computer knowledge required• Benefits investigation knowledge desired
