Job Summary Administrative Assistant is responsible for the professional office support in the Workforce Development and Technical departments. 
How You Can Be the Impact Outgoing personality with a customer service attitude. Present oneself in a composed, professional manner while working in a fast-paced environment with last minute changes. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task projects from both departments. Support meetings by organizing, arranging, and creating documentation (start to finish). Includes, audits, new hire orientation, and training programs. Plan and manage travel in an environment of changing plans and priorities; expense reporting. Project based or special assignments such as organizing off-site or on-site events, employee events, training etc. Gather and organize information/data from multiple sources to generate reports, general documentation, and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use utilizing graphics and charts.  Development and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets, input data into business systems (SAP, GenSuite, eSHEM, MSE KPI's, Qualtrax, Department of Labor), and conduct data analysis, data reporting, etc. Order supplies from vendors, follow the complete purchase process for purchase requisitions, and purchase orders. Maintain teamwork areas, update maps, update training computers, and inventory computers and all other departmental supplies. Advocate safety and support EHSS projects and programs. Proficient in EXCEL, PowerPoint, Word, EXCEL, and Publisher preferred. What Matters to SABIC Associate Degree in Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Secretarial Science; a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years recent experience in an Administrative Assistant or Clerical Role.
