Empowered Staffing is partnered with a skilled nursing and assisted living owner and operator with facilities throughout the Midwest. Currently, they are searching for a dedicated Administrator to join their team in Evansville, WI, and be responsible for leading the daily operations at the facility. You will manage all aspects of the facility including financial management, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, resident care, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and their families. Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Manage the facility's budget, including revenue, expenses, and cost control measures.
Monitor and analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance financial performance.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and high employee morale.
Stay updated on all skilled nursing federal, state, and local regulations.
Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accreditation requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address areas of non-compliance.
Maintain a resident-centered approach to care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet individual needs and preferences.
Monitor resident satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall resident experience.
Collaborate with medical professionals and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in Wisconsin and/or the ability to obtain one.
Minimum of 1-year experience in a leadership role within a skilled nursing facility.
In-depth knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement systems, and compliance requirements.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
