This role provides administrative support to the project to ensure the HSS management system adhere to internal standards, regulatory, and operational requirements. Ensure administrative support for the Health, Safety, and Security team and also oversee the administration requirements of the site.Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:Industrial Hygiene:IH record keeping and management. Scheduling fit testing medical assessments Track and report monthly exposure hours, data collection and entry. RegulatoryMSHA citation tracking and record management. Maintain 5000-23 records. Document Control & ManagementMaintain HSS policies, procedures, standards, permits and other related documents in DAP and SharePoint Maintain / build team SharePoint and file structure. Develop and maintain HSS system file structure. Etc.
