Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-2pm Job Type: Full-time Salary: $14.50 hour for training and $15.50 for the remainder of probationary period. An additional increase is given after completion of the probationary period. This is a administrative support position that will allow for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail . The company will rely on you for having excellent follow through, attention to detail, accurate and updated supportive skills that directly serve our clients and president. The individual would need to be able to easily switch gears and adjust priorities based on task(s) assigned. Responsibilities: Type in data provided correctly. Verify data by comparing it to source documents ensuring accuracy. Update existing data. Retrieve data from systems, electronic files, or websites as requested. Sort and organize files after entering data to ensure quality control. Organize, prioritize, and respond to email. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients. Skills Required: Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 11 and higher based computer navigation, function, and terminology. Fast and accurate typing skills. Working knowledge of basic office equipment. Good command of English, both oral and written customer service skills. Great attention to detail. High school degree or equivalent. CFRA Certification completion within 90 day probation period. Each employee is started on a 90 probation period, after the successful completion of the probationary period, you will have the opportunity to receive a raise based on individual performance.
