We are seeking an Administrative Services Generalist II for the Operations Support Administrative Services Department. As an Administrative Services Generalist II you will perform a variety of tasks to provide back-office support to both internal and external members. These tasks include:
Assisting our Member Service Center complete the opening and closing of member accounts Assisting in the opening of new business accounts and the conversion of existing accounts Processing member requests to perform account changes, purchase certificates, and apply deposits to established accounts received via mail Resolving member issues pertaining to Bill Pay, Pay a Person, and Online Account Opening Generalists will be proficient in deposit products, policies, procedures, regulatory and compliance guidelines. This individual is expected to independently prioritize their work while demonstrating excellent time management skills. Generalist must be dedicated to actively listening to provide members sensible solutions.

High School Graduate or Equivalent Skills & Knowledge: Required
