Job summary
Administrative Project Coordinator IProvides administrative and project support to Residential Camps & Conference Services (RCCS) with a high volume of internal and external clients.Location: Hybrid remote in Richardson, TX
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Assisting with application and contract processing of summer guests of UT Dallas Housing• Maintaining and coordinating a large complex fiscal budget and account• Communicating with clients throughout the guest management process• Utilizing housing software and Microsoft Office suite for records and reporting• Preparing invoices, paying vendors, and overseeing transactions• Maintaining dining and catering reservations• Answering questions and maintaining records• Coordinating with campus partners and attending meetings• Compiling data and developing reports• Providing excellent customer service to students, clients, and guests
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and three years of administrative experience• Experience related to the project area or any equivalent combination of education and experience• Previous work experience in higher education student housing or summer conferencing preferred• Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice
