The Susan Horak Group Administrative Personal Assistant to the CEO/Owner
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $37,500-45,000 +/- commiserate with experience

Description: The Personal Assistant is responsible for assisting Sr. Management with a wide variety of tasks. Duties and Responsibilities: Type, format, and edit reports, legal documents, and presentations. Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records. Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel, and showing arrangements. Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management. Scheduling appointments, maintaining a calendar, and sending reminders. Preparing contracts, amendments, and other paperwork for real estate transactions. Finding and tracking sales leads. researching property and other prospecting duties. Any other duties as assigned. Requirements: Exceptionally detailed and organized. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Advanced note taking, typing, and record-keeping. Ability to be flexible. Ability to work independently and in a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Education / experience .
College degree or 3+ years of administrative experience.
