Administrative Assistant

This could be the job for you!  Road2Wellness is a small Mental Health Clinic that provides out-patient therapy services. Our growing clinic is looking for someone who is positive, self motivated and must also uphold a high level of confidentiality.
Hours: 20-25 hours per week with the possibility of increasing hours in the future.
  Pay: During training, the position offers $16/hr with potential for growth based on performance and abilities.
Requirements Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Basic Knowledge of Behavioral Health Services Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ?Strong organizational skills Responsibilities Draft correspondences and other formal documents Basic billing tasks in our electronic medical record system( no experience needed). Assist with upkeep of social media and website Plan and schedule appointments and events Answer and return telephone calls/faxes/emails Simple cleaning duties  Perform all other office tasks
