Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant on a contractor basis who will support our executive management in brand management, day/weekly organization, and task management. This role requires a versatile individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and is adept at handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Responsibilities: Assist executive management with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operation of the business. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally. Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries. Support brand management initiatives by ensuring brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Provide general administrative support to the team as required. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work. Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems. Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Experience in brand management or marketing is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
