Responsibilities
• Coordinate care between providers, home health staff, and clients• Ensure seamless care delivery and client satisfaction• Work Monday through Friday office hours at Yakima location• Create a flexible schedule of 6 to 8 hour shifts per day
Requirements
• Hold a Washington State Nurse license in good standing• Have a positive interpersonal demeanor• Experience with computer and office equipment• Current CPR/TB certification
