This position will be responsible for collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable claimant information. This role requires full-time, in-office availability Monday - Friday and could potentially move to a future hybrid schedule with flex time available. JOB DUTIES: Creates and updates claim forms to meet state mandated compliance - must have good knowledge of working with MS Word and converting of documents to a PDF format. Handles Medicare reporting - error corrections and closure dates. Provides consolidation on W-9s. Creates and mails letters requesting claim forms. Supports policy administration and updates OFAC database. Weekly updates to internal claims reporting. Enters data enter claimant information by inputting text based and numerical information from documents into claims system. Verifies enrollment records are data entered into claims system correctly and update enrollment records when needed. Maintains files, records, or reports by company guidelines. Prepares and prints various enrollment letters. Performs routine clerical tasks including typing, data entry, filing, and operating office machines. Weekly and monthly reporting to Company Leadership and Insurance Carriers. Maintains access to websites used for discounting. Monitors aging of outstanding claims and enroll or discount accordingly. Effectively communicates with claim examiners with any questions that arise due to the discounting of claims. Will be the back up for daily mail pickup. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficeint with MS Office Suite. Execllent verbal and written commucniation skills. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information. Adaptable and able to get things done under pressure with tight deadlines. Stong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
