Job Description:

NextEra Energy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles.

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to various teams within the organization- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations- Assist with project coordination and tracking of deliverables- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members- Maintain and update databases and filing systems- Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed- Assist with event planning and coordination as required

Requirements:- Resourceful and motivated individual with the ability to work independently- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively- Experience using virtual communication tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams- Innovation and creativity in problem-solving and process improvement- Strong presentation skills for internal and external meetings
