Job Description:Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a talented and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity, based in San Jose, California, US. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents.- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.- Handle incoming calls and emails, and redirect as necessary.- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:- Independent and confident personality traits.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
