Job Description:

Oneok is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and providing administrative support to various departments within the company.

Responsibilities:1. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for executives and team members.2. Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.3. Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.4. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records.5. Perform data entry and generate reports as needed.6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.7. Provide general administrative support to employees as needed.8. Uphold a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles.2. Resourceful and dedicated personality traits.3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.6. Creativity and time management skills.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
