Job Overview The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for campus clerical and administrative tasks. They create and implement procedures to ensure the campus operates smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, the Administrative Coordinator serves as a point-of-contact internally between campus staff and externally with customers and community partners. This role is full-time, year-round position which includes the academic year and summer. 
Responsibilities & Duties:Answers and routes phone calls, voicemails, and emailsPerforms all necessary office tasks to prepare the campus for upcoming classesOversees customer intakeRecords and reports weekly book, supply, and outreach inventoryBrainstorms, organizes, and oversees in-reach and outreach eventsSeeks out community partners and eventsHires, trains, and supervises part-time front desk staffManages the in-reach and outreach budgetOther tasks and responsibilities, as assignedRequired / Preferred Skills and Experience: Some postsecondary education preferredExperience in administrative support and customer serviceStrong task and time management skillsCommitted to achieving organizational consistency and efficiencyExceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication expertiseProficiency with office technology and equipmentWork ScheduleAoPS Academy is an after-school program; most of our classes and family meetings occur during the evenings and on weekends. As such, it's expected that Associate Directors work a nontraditional schedule during the academic year. Summer hours typically shift to a more standard Monday to Friday work schedule. 
BenefitsThis position includes a competitive starting salary of $63,000 ($30.29 per hour), and an annual bonus based on campus performance.
