Job Description:
Ball is seeking a reliable and passionate Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an entry-level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience in administrative roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and assist in the achievement of departmental goals.
Responsibilities:1. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.2. Manage and organize office files and documents.3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.4. Prepare and distribute internal communications.5. Assist with project management tasks as needed.6. Provide general support to visitors and clients.7. Assist with event planning and coordination.8. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in an administrative role.2. Reliable and passionate individual with a strong work ethic.3. Excellent planning and project management skills.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.5. Strong communication and organizational skills.6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
