Position Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for promptly and courteously answering incoming phone calls, ensuring visitors are welcomed and assisted promptly and with a friendly demeanor. This role supports office staff across various departments within the division.
The Administrative Coordinator must maintain a mindset of continuous improvement and actively work towards fostering a culture of growth within the team, department, and organization.

Job Duties:
- Answer all incoming phone calls promptly.
- Greet all office visitors warmly.
- Coordinate conference room reservations.
- Organize meals and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
- Act as the main contact for property management.
- Receive and notify recipients of all department packages.
- Distribute envelopes/checks to subcontractors when necessary.
- Manage garage remotes, keys, and files.
- Order office supplies as required.
- Ensure copier equipment is properly maintained.
- Coordinate team activities and events.
- Assist with home closing coordination.
- Support the marketing team with event supplies and literature.
- Maintain a professional and team-oriented environment.
- Foster open communication between departments.
- Participate in training sessions as needed.
- Adhere to operational guidelines and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Division President.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years of experience in related functions.
EDUCATION: Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
EEO/OSHA/ADA: Proficiency with PCs and Windows applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to use contemporary computer equipment. Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods.
Employment Type: Contractor
Salary: $ 21.00 26.00 Per Hour
