Summary:   We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic staffing firm start-up. As an essential member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and contributing to the success of our growing company. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and innovative start-up environment.

Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and making travel arrangements.
Assist with candidate onboarding, including managing documentation, background checks, and ensuring a smooth integration into our systems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, client contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members and providing exceptional customer service.
Assist with the creation and editing of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.
Coordinate and organize company events, team-building activities, and workshops.
Help maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing mail and shipments.
Collaborate with the HR team to support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive company culture.
Assist with social media updates and content creation to promote the company's brand and services.
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as needed to contribute to the overall success of the start-up.

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a start-up or staffing agency environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving start-up environment.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation is a plus.
Professional and friendly demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Salary:   Commensurate with experience.
