Role and Responsibilities Administrative support for the VP of Campus Services, and Facilities Director, Safety Officer Supports the Housekeeping Department, Grounds & Landscaping Department, Dining, and the Maintenance & Engineering Department as instructed Record minutes at the Facilities Team meetings and other meetings assigned Manages disposition of used appliances from units undergoing renovation Oversee rental property management, including responses to inquiries and rental lease tracking Maintains all Certificates of Insurance for contractors and vendors of Carol Woods Prepares renovations permits and assist with submission Maintains SDS system in the OSHA Hazard Communications System Supports activities for management of annual capital project Coordinates and orders interior and exterior signage for the facility Completes routine filing, office management, supply ordering, etc. Enter work orders for resident room upkeep All other supportive duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements 3-5 years in an administrative or comparable experience Associates Degree or comparable education/experience Experience in the field of aging services and/or health services preferred Comfort walking or sitting for long periods of time Strong accuracy and attention to detail; ability to analyze data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be self-directed and highly organized Possess a high degree of professional integrity, reliability along with excellent interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to manage multiple priorities with frequent interruptions Maintain Strict Confidence **ATTENTION APPLICANTS** - Effective September 24, 2021 As a condition of employment, Carol Woods requires both the flu and COVID vaccines, subject to a documented exemption that would have to be approved by Carol Woods. New employees will be required to be fully vaccinated within five (5) weeks of their start date.
