• Four-year college degree in a business-related field or corresponding department• Three to five years of related and progressively more responsible work experience• Experience in a supervisory role• Experience with office procedures and administration• Proficiency in word processing, database, spreadsheet, presentation software, and web page software• Experience with MSU policies and procedures, including hiring and budget processes• Experience with MSU electronic systems and software
