Responsibilities
• Secretarial support for the department, clerk duties (e.g. filing), processing business forms• Website updates, directory information updates for the department• Participate with staff members on the budget process and procurement duties• Ensuring department members are in compliance with required university training• Serve as the departmental receptionist to answer the phone and respond to general email inquiries• Maintain the departmental calendar and schedule meetings• Manage departmental inventory and liaise with IT on equipment issues• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Proficiency in written and mathematical processes• Four years progressively responsible clerical experience, including one-year supervisory experience• Bachelor's degree preferred
