Responsibilities
• Administrative support for the Chief Financial Officer and staff.• Maintain confidentiality, judgment, discretion, and professionalism.• Receive and screen telephone calls appropriately.• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and tax preparation.• Manage applications and documents.• Create and update files, spreadsheets, and presentations.• Perform data entry and manage calendars.• Arrange and manage business meetings.• Create and allocate expense reports.• Assist office personnel with various duties/projects.
Requirements
• Excellent computer skills required.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and other applications.• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).• Forward-thinking with good preplanning skills.• Effective problem-solving skills.• Adaptable in a team environment.• Organizational skills required.• 2-4 years of Administrative Experience required.• Experience in Commercial Construction Industry is a plus.• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business preferred.• High School diploma (or equivalent) required.
