Administrative Assistant to a Financial Advisor GroupLocation: Phoenix, AZ (Camelback East area)Full-time/Onsite only

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative, operational, and client service support to Financial Advisors• Assist with client service/requests, operational/administrative tasks, and calendar management• Research questions/issues, process paperwork, and communicate with clients and external partners• Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to clients/prospects• Aid in preparing client presentations and complete client paperwork• Assist with trade instructions and maintain client relationships
Requirements
• 2+ years of customer service, wealth management, or life/annuity insurance experience required• Prefer individuals with licensing in Life, Accident & Health Insurance or FINRA Series 6 or 7• Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred• Basic understanding of investment and insurance products• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn new financial industry programs• Self-starter, works well independently and with a team• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
