Job Description:
Cincinnati Financial is seeking a highly motivated and independent Administrative Assistant to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports- Conduct research and compile data as needed- Assist with project management tasks as required- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems- Handle incoming calls and inquiries- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role- Highly motivated and independent worker- Strong presentation skills- Excellent project management abilities- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
