We are looking for an energetic self-starter for an Administrative Assistant role to work in a small, physical-therapist-owned outpatient ortho/sports medicine clinic. Our approach to patient care stands apart from other clinics.
The position would be Part Time.

Responsibilities
Front office duties such as: check-in/check-out patients for appointments; schedule appointments; collect payments; answer a multi-line phone; manage day-to-day front office duties; collect and process insurance information Exhibits exceptional customer service behavior and excellent public relations skills in all aspects of work. Required Qualifications
Experience with medical administration/insurance filing is not required, but would be fantastic.. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a professional demeanor. A passion for helping people is a must Accuracy in grammar and punctuation. Outstanding organizational skills. Attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to learn tasks quickly with minimal training and supervision. Flexibility with shifting priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality of protected health information. Regular and punctual attendance. Exhibits customer service oriented behavior and excellent public relations skills in all aspects of work. Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective. Hours: Monday 12-4 Tuesday 12-4 Wednesday 12-4 Thursday 12-4 Friday 9-1
