Administrative Assistant- Medical Staff Services Location Sturgeon Bay, WI : The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Staff Services Department. Experience with coordinating meetings, schedules, calendar management, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and data entry is preferred. Experience working with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required. The role will interact with leadership and medical staff on a frequent basis. The department is a dynamic, professional environment that requires an assistant to have strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organizational and customer service skills. Education Required : Associate Degree or technical training in a related field preferred.
Shift : Working 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
