• Provide administrative support to an individual, small team, or department• Enter routine data into forms and templates• File and archive paper and electronic documents• Perform routine administrative work• Handle basic clerical, administrative, or technical issues• Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff• Handle confidential data• Support data cleanup project• Update profiles and exempt errors in the system• Utilize Lawlogix Guardian - electronic I9 management system
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Zero years of related work experience• Proficiency with Microsoft Office• Comfortable learning new electronic applications• Ability to work independently• Strong attention to detail• Technical savvy and comfortable with using Microsoft Office Suite
