Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20-$25 an hour based on experience.
Schedule:
12 - 16 hours per week. 9:00 am to 1:00 pm; 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm; or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Various days, Monday - Friday. Why you should apply to be an Office Administrator:

What's a typical day as an Office Administrator? You'll be:
• Tracking and managing attorneys, real estate agents, and land sellers utilizing the Zoho CRM.
• Coordinating meetings and directing communications with land sellers and agents.
• Responding to requests and contacts.
• Assisting with contract administration, including preparing and reviewing paperwork to assure accuracy.
• Overseeing office conditions as necessary, including ordering supplies and scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Performing data entry, special projects, and additional duties as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
• Have current or prior experience with Zoho or other CRM preferred.
• Have 5+ years of office experience preferred.
• Possess highly professional and excellent communication skills.
• Have prior experience in the residential building or affiliated industries (title company, banks or lending institutions, subcontracting firms, etc.).
• Are interested in a long-term career with a successful growing regional company.
