Requirements Excellent communication skills. Ability to cultivate positive relationships with clients and team members to provide excellent customer service. Have outstanding attention to detail. Proficiency in conflict and dispute resolutions. Able to perform tasks with ease and professionalism. The ability to adapt to various situations. Able to follow instructions, and read, write and communicate clearly in English. Possess strong organizational skills. Able to effectively operate office equipment and computer programs. Able to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. Able to type 30 words per minute. Requires physical ability to sit and type for long periods of time. Tasks Greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome. Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate staff members. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and filing systems. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Perform general office duties, including copying, scanning, and faxing documents. Support the tax preparation team with administrative tasks as needed. Assist in the preparation and distribution of correspondence and reports. Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience as an Administrative Assistant will be a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Discretion and confidentiality.
