Responsibilities
• Provides administrative project support to team members• Serves as meeting coordinator for client, team, and office meetings• Creates administrative correspondence and technical documents• Assists with all aspects of a project• Generates monthly reports for department and senior leadership• Manages deadlines and tracks important dates• Handles administrative duties including expense reports and travel arrangements• Performs general office duties• Promotes F&V's culture and positive image of the firm
Requirements
• Associates degree with 2+ years' experience OR 4 years of administrative office experience preferred• Experience in engineering or similar field strongly desired• Advanced Microsoft Office skills• Deltek Vision (or similar timekeeping software) experience a plus• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills• Self-motivated and able to take initiative• Occasional work outside of normal business hours may be required
