Description $2500 SIGN-ON BONUS! Intermittent Teleworking Schedule Available!! Tri-City is now actively recruiting for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant that will directly support our Wellness Center. 
An example of the various duties include but are not limited to:
Performs a variety of office support duties related to the assigned work unit; gathers information from a variety of sources, including data systems & clients for the completion & processing of forms, records, & other documents.  Receives & screens visitors, provides general information to clients, visitors, vendors, & staff, in-person and on the telephone; assists clients by referring them to sources of information, hands out standard forms & explains how to complete them. Receives and responds to enquiries; provides information and answers questions; addresses requestor's issues or concerns and/or directs them to appropriate information sources; makes appointments and maintains calendars. Maintains records, logs, files, & other forms of information, including various demographic reports, and room schedules specific to the assigned division or department.  Organizes and maintains departmental policy manuals; recommends updates to policy manuals. Coordinates training requests from outside agencies, including community provider and business partners; maintains training schedules and collaborates session evaluations. Job PDF: 
Ideal Candidate Education: Equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12th) grade.Experience: Five (5) years of increasingly responsible office administrative or secretarial experience. *Must be bilingual in Spanish* Preferred candidates will have: A experience working with individuals with severe, persistent mental illnessExperience answering phone & multitasking Benefits FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: NEW!  Sign-on Bonuses:  $2500 for eligible positions.
Merit Salary Increases: Annually based on performance, budget availability and supervisor approval.
CalPERS Pension: 2% @ 55 for Classic Members and 2% @ 62 for PEPRA Members; employee contributes 7% for Classic and 7.75% for PEPRA. No Social Security. 
Vacation:80 hours per year, increasing with years of service with a maximum of 240 hours; cash out option available.
Sick Leave: Full-Time employees = 88 hours per year with no cap.
Holidays: 11 paid holidays per calendar year plus an additional 16 hours of Floating Holidays.
NEW!Longevity Pay: $2500 at 5 years of service; $5000 at 10-35 milestone years of service.
REVISED!Flexible Work Schedule: 9/80, 4/10 and/or intermittent teleworking, where applicable and approved by supervisor. **
Health Insurance:Medical (Kaiser HMO), dental (MetLife PPO) and vision coverage (EyeMed) of which 80% is paid by Tri-City Mental Health Authority (TCMHA).
Life Insurance: Paid at one times annual salary, paid by Tri-City MHA with additional optional coverage available.
Deferred Compensation (457b): Available to interested employees; no employer match.
Additional Optional Benefits: EAP, FSA, STD/LTD & ADD, Bilingual Incentive Pay, On Call Pay, Employee Referral Fee Program, Loan Forgiveness, Credit Union available through CU of So Cal, paid time off for Continuing Medical Education (CME) and more.
**Availability of flexible schedule and days of regular day off is dependent upon the needs of the Department and approval from Management.
