Lithia Motors in Lodi, CA is looking for one administrative assistant to join our 7 person strong team. We are located on 1650 Ne Stephens St, Roseburg, Or 97470. Responsibilities Excellent organizational, multitasking, customer service, teamwork, filing, proofreading, interpersonal, written communication, and strategic and creative problem-solving skills.
Consistent follow-through and ability and flexibility to multi-task and effectively balance priorities and meet tight deadlines
Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write clearly and informatively and able to read and interpret information
Perform a variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, drafting and distributing correspondence, expense reporting, meeting coordination and filing/copying.
Responsible for preparing department budget which includes researching information from appropriate department personnel
Critically reviews the budget throughout the year, including reviewing, logging and or processing incoming invoices to ensure billing is done correctly
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Qualifications Associate's Degree in a related field. Prior administrative experience. Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Technical ability to set up conference rooms for remote attendees, Go To Meeting or Webinar and other remote meeting technology Multilingual may be preferred or required. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others. Experience using Microsoft Office suite, phone systems, copiers and printers is preferred. Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, organizational, detail-orientation and problem-solving skills are required. Works diplomatically with internal and external partners at all levels. Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, good communication and organizational skills are necessary.
